Description
The Franklinton Farmhouse is an amazing short-term rental in Columbus! This house is was designed to be a perfect stay for guests and groups for their time in Columbus. This massive house has 3 bedrooms with 1 bed each, a spare futon couch, and a large 4th bedroom on the third floor has 2 beds and 1 futon couch. Also enjoy 2.5 bathrooms, and a huge living room/kitchen!
The space
The Franklinton Farmhouse is great for:

The main floor has a large kitchen and dinning space that is open the the living room. It also has a guest bathroom, and laundry room. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, and 2 of them have en-suite full bathrooms and a spare futon bed. One has a bathtub, the other has a low-rise walk-in shower. Up on the 3rd floor you will find lots of sleeping space! 2 queen/full beds and a futon bed. This is a great room for this kids!
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house, except for the basement.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

This was a great stay and Ben was awesome with my questions. I would without a doubt book again. Decent stay with a group. Location is really convienent and close to downtown Columbus. The neighborhood is fairly quiet so it does feel safe, but the general area of Columbus might say otherwise. My stay wasn’t without a few issues including a burnt out bulb in the small bedroom, no replacement supplies even if they said they should have some stored. The house is literally bare bones empty except for the furniture. Living room TV was also broken. It just seemed like no one actually bothered to do proper maintenance check on the house and only cleaned it out after each stay before listing it for the next set of guest. Backyard is also apparently shared with a second unit. Had to walk all the way to the back to find the trash bins. And my last gripe was the fact that the shampoo conditioner that they list as having are the size of the tiny bottles you get at a hotel room. That was not enough for our group of 8 people for 5 nights. Also there is one security camera in the backyard. Suresh

very close to the city lots to do great restaurants Nice place to stay, 5 minutes from the city, quiet neighborhood. very close to COSI museum. would stay again.
