Guest access
Guests will have full exclusive access to our condo on the main level of the home. All exterior spaces are shared with other neighbors in the building.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

We came to town to be near our son who has been at the hospital for several weeks. This location was close to the hospital and close to restaurants and other amenities. I would stay here again. Great location for the marathon with a store in CVS nearby plus the race going right in front of the place. We loved this place. Close to grocery and CVS. Very comfy for hanging out and beds were comfortable. P

Cute little apartment in the heart of Victorian Village. Walked to OSU for a football game. Very quiet. Great spot!
