The space
Our updated home is a clean and comfortable three bedroom home. We have a new kitchen and bathroom as well as many other updates. On the main level is a living room great for relaxing, and a dining room fit for a group meal. A stocked kitchen ready for your cooking expertise. Just off of our kitchen you will find laundry facilities.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom has lots of space and lots of light! Double doors lead to a porch, and let in great sunlight.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

We were originally supposed to stay at a different property but day it was messaged that there was damage and they moved us to another one of their properties. We were told we were the first to stay in the house and it showed. While they said it was an “upgrade” due to the location, we had seven guests and it only slept 6 with no available accommodations. When we ran the shower the first time the house reeked of sulfur and there was initially only decorative pillows on the beds. The team was very responsive and would definitely stay again, things at the new place just need mended. Jonathan

Now that I've had time to process the experience, I can confidently say this was the worst rental I’ve ever encountered. The property was completely abandoned—unlocked, without power, and nothing matched the listing photos. It felt unsafe and uninhabitable, as though the home had been vandalized or neglected for months. Out of concern for my family’s safety, we left immediately. It’s clear this company is not properly managing or inspecting its properties. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt in reviews, but in this case, I feel obligated to warn others. Thankfully, I received a full refund and we were able to stay with family, but no one should have to go through what we did. Edith

Dead and alive flies everywhere
We walked in and immediately walked out, there were dead and alive big green bay flies everywhere. There might have been something decomposing not sure we didn't stay to explore more
