Description
One of the most unique properties in the city. Our log cabin is the oldest structure in Franklin county. Built in 1805, the cabin has been moved, added onto and changed throughout the last two centuries. Located in an off-campus neighborhood, this one of a kind home will take you back in time but give you the modern amenities you need to be comfortable during your stay.
The space
This rustic three bedroom has three bedrooms, kitchen, living space and even a hidden room (if you can find it). There is plenty of room to gather with friends or family and play a game or relax. There is also outside seating in a partially fenced yard to enjoy a quiet, relaxing experience.
The main floor has a large living room with fireplace, TV and seating to enjoy some time together. Large bedroom with double bed, and 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms. One with a double bed, and one with 2 twin beds.
Guest access
You will be able to access the outdoor space and all of the rooms in the property. Anything in the house is yours to use for your stay! One thing you will not have access to is the utility closet. You will have one parking space off the alley and there is street parking not far from the home.

Historic home created a memorable stay. Everything you’d expect from a historic home; squeaky wood floors, spacious, lots of cool nooks/secret rooms and loaded w/ antiques. Perfect location next to High street for the Buckeyes game. Short walk to THE SHOE. The house was pretty decent, I guess what attracted me to the house was its uniqueness. After a thorough search, we found multiple rooms, with non-ordinary entrances. I’m not sure if any of them were the secret room. It would have been nice to have known if we found what we were looking for!
