Location, Location, Location! This Top Choice Flat is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. Our space is modern, clean, and welcoming! It has been designed specifically to be just what a small group would need for the perfect short stay. Our suite provides a memory foam mattress, mounted HDTV, 2 bedrooms, and a 3rd sleeping room with roll-away bed. . Just a 5 minute walk to Downtown Columbus! The space Our apartment is the top floor of a duplex property. There are a few steps to get up to the front door from the sidewalk, but the apartment is all on one level. The main living room/dinning room is spacious and provides a great room for catching up with your loved ones. The kitchen has a fresh renovation, and is ready for aspiring chefs to delight all guests. Our bathroom has been updated and is a great place to prepare for the day. Our apartment does also have a washer and dryer. The backyard is a shared space with our upstairs neighbors, but is a lovely place to unwind after a busy day. We have a parking space for 1 car in the back as well. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the apartment. The back yard and exterior space is shared with other neighbors as well. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
