Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

10/10 for this German Village property! The house is beautiful, the finishes are high end and tasteful, and more importantly the house is comfortable. Located in German Village close to restaurants, the park and everything else you need. The house was spotless, the beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked. We will definitely be back! Adriann

Lovely home, very clean. 10/10 recommend! Great location & a spacious home. <br/>The house was cold and did not have enough extra bedding but this is something that could be rectified very easily. Colleen

What a beautiful home! My family enjoyed it for the night. My kids loved having the upstairs to themselves and the back yard is complete fenced in for dogs. We chose to walk the dogs just to enjoy the neighborhood. Wish it wasn’t winter so we could enjoy the back!
