Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Our stay was nice. We didn’t spend much time in the house due to busy work schedules but it provided a great communal space for my colleagues and I to hang out after hours. There were a few mentionable that we made to the hosts and they were prompt in their response to correct it for the next guests. Overall, great stay and would stay here again when in town. Enjoy! This was a beautiful place in German Village. Walkable to the Book Loft, Restaurants, and Coffee Shops. Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely back yard our little dog enjoyed. Great place to meet and spend time with family! Our daughter, son in law, and grandson live in Columbus so we are always looking for unique places in safe neighborhoods. This was simply perfect!
