Rare first floor master en-suite area with 2 large custom closets, built-in niche for a king sized bed. and built-in tv niche Walk out to garden area. The luxury marble bathroom with heated floors, extra large walk in shower, freestanding tub and double vanity typically found only in luxury hotels. Large mudroom features laundry area, powder room and second walk in pantry, featuring ship-lap walls, patterned porcelain tiles, and custom marble sink in the powder room. Dining room and living room feature all custom mill work and built ins plus fireplace with over-mantel. New white oak flooring on first level lends a light airy feeling throughout the home. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Amenities
Great place, clean and quiet and great location. the 5 pm check in was difficult for us but luckily the host could get us in earlier which we were very grateful for! The only other note I have is that some extra blankets and linens would have been helpful, but overall excellent place and great stay, highly recommend. Charlene

Beautiful place! Super clean! Great place in German Village I thought the stay was terrific . The home is exactly as advertised. Location was wonderful. We were had an incredible time for our short stay. I would stay again in a heart beat. Perfect location in German Village! Our favorite street in the area for easy<br/>walking to restaurants and shops. We didn't use the two bedrooms upstairs<br/>but like that it could easily accommodate more family members with their own bathroom upstairs <br/>as well. The large patio space was very nice as was access to the garage space. Host<br/>was very responsive throughout our reservation.
