Our section of the North Linden neighborhood is a quiet street with lots of families and great neighbors. Our area has many small homes from the 1940's and 1950's. Many have been updated, and some are closer to their original design. Lots of hard working, happy people share our neighborhood, and we aim to be a good neighbor as well!
Our location is really good for someone or a group that is exploring Columbus by car. Uber and Lyft are really great in our area!

“Sunset House”-pitality
I rented this house for 6 nights during a visit to Columbus with my son and grandchildren (aged 8 and 3). The house was comfortable for us, with many updates and fine features, such as a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a fenced-in backyard, easy check-in, and quick access to the main highways. We had a few questions and concerns, which were promptly addressed by the attentive Housepitality Team, who host many other properties in the area.
Columbus has plenty of excellent restaurants and family-friendly attractions. While there, we visited the Franklin Park Conservatory & Gardens, COSI, the Columbus Zoo, and two nearby parks with playgrounds. Our favorite restaurant experiences included Vittoria in Powell, Khaab Indian Kitchen and Moshi Sushi Bar (both in Bexley). R

Not Clean
I don’t mind a little messy and I’m not a picky person, but this house was filthy. There was actual poop on the outside of the holder for the toilet bowl cleaner, the knobs fell off the shower. There was cat feces in the backyard, stained sheets, a layer of hair/dirt in vents, dried food in oven and on cupboards, kitchen door leaked when it rained, smelled like rotting wetness and cat pee…I could go on. I’m fine with old and rundown. I’m not fine with dirty. There’s no reason for it
